I gave Thomas Ridgway a $3,000 advance deposit in May 2019. Work was never performed and he does not respond to calls, texts or emails. He also refuses to answer the door when I attempt to discuss with him directly at his listed "office" location in Sicklerville NJ.

Do not do business with Tom Ridgeway. Our business gave him a $9,500 deposit for work never even started. He has since disappeared and not returning calls.

had ridgeway fix heat pump at a rental property 2 x cost me 800$ ,,paid cash to ridgeway ,,had fixed in 02/2020 ,,tenant put ac on 03/21/20 blew hot air called ridgeway 03/22/20 said he would head right over ,,never showed ,,called and text everyday since no reply ,,had to get someone else to fix,cost me 500$ and let me know need to replace system
