Make sure you ask to inspect the work before they leave! The job took longer to finish than originally stated, so we thought that would mean extra care would be taken to ensure it was finished well. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The tile has cracks from poor cutting and the grout has cracks as well as areas with holes where grout should have been. When we requested someone do touch ups, it took TWO WEEKS before somebody came out. This was clearly a lost cause because the “fixes” resulted in uneven, patchy spots and there are still holes.
