Had them do a driveway improvement to solve two major problems. One was solved and the other wasn't, so they said they'd come out and do some follow-up work to solve it. Months later, with them taking weeks to respond to my follow up texts, they still have not done the work. Jason said that he'd come by on an agreed upon date, but didn't show up, and acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I'm beginning to think that this is all intentional. Dishonest business practices, stay away.
