I contacted Michael about replacing my roof, I had no idea how involved the process would be. Thankfully, he guided me through every step with professionalism and care.
1. Michael began by applying for the necessary roofing permit with the City of Dallas.
2. He also advised me to contact my Homeowners Association (HOA) to ensure the project met their requirements and received proper approval.
3. Beyond that, he went the extra mile by assisting me in reaching out to my insurance company to request coverage for the roof deck, gutters, and chimney cap, items I didn’t even know could be included.
4. After the work was completed, the city inspected the roof, and everything passed without issue.
The entire process was handled thoroughly and professionally. Michael’s knowledge and guidance saved me from making costly mistakes and ensured everything was done correctly and legally.
Before I connected with Right On Roofing, I had spoken with another company that offered to replace the roof immediately without mentioning permits, HOA approval, or the possibility of filing a more comprehensive claim with my insurance. That experience made me realize how fortunate I was to work with someone as trustworthy and experienced as Michael.
