Initially this company is fantastic but beware if they subcontract your job. The subcontractor was out of area and did not use due care and caution with my property. Any communication with Ryan was met with rudeness. Instead of tending to the punch list, they countered with a Notice of Furnishing. Among the issues, there was one of importance. There is a handicap ramp at my house. The subcontractor damaged a board, threw away a support brace they took off to side behind the ramp, and put the ramp back slightly off. Instead of fixing the damage, they anchored the ramp to the house and put nails in the board rendering it a trip hazard. My review is a warning to the elderly, women, and middle social economic status. You will not be able to afford hiring this company.
