By Lee F.September 23, 2022Log Cabin Shell Kit Construction$47,000
My company, Renaissance Development Partners (RDP), had the pleasure of working with Juan Silva of Right Way Framing on a log home construction for a client in South Carolina.
RDP lacked the expertise in the "logistics" of constructing a log cabin shell kit, so we sought a subcontractor to handle the specialty.
With good luck and fortune, we found the perfect partner in Mr. Silva and his crew to jumpstart the project toward success.
Juan is very knowledgeable and has deep experience in the field. He KNOWS what he is doing, which is comforting to know as the GC on the project.Anyone knows that you prepare for a host of known or unknown factors that can crop up during construction. Mr. Silva expertly led his crew in constructing the home's shell and garage. He was very proactive and a problem solver throughout the build.
Due to our client's wishes, a breezeway was attached from the house to the garage. Mr. Silva ran a smooth ship. They got the job done professionally, concisely, and successfully. Providing us with a well-built shell to construct into a modern log-cabin home.I highly recommend the services of Right Way Framing, LLC! They will get the job done and meet the most discerning expectations. Plus, Mr. Silva is an honest and reliable partner for the job. And that counts as well!

By James J.August 13, 2022Built log cabin shell and dry-in.
Juan was great to work with from the first phone conversation through the shell build "dry-in" completion. The build process was quick even though there was weather issues during the build. Juan kept us informed on any issues and we worked them out quickly.
Our cabin "kit package" was from Original Log Homes. The "kit" was not as "complete" as was led to be and there were mistakes made in shipping of materials. Juan brought those issues to my attention with time to overcome the problems so the build process would not slow down. One issue we had was all the windows and two french doors were not shipped with the kit. They were delayed for more than 3 months. Juan sent a crew to complete the installation of the windows and doors after they were delivered.
Juan and his crew were efficient, quick, and paid attention to details throughout the build process and I would recommend their services to anyone. Thanks! -

We recently purchased a log cabin kit and live in NYS. We did not know the delay in delivery meant this contractor and his crew would have to work in the cold… The teamwork is magnificent! Thus, if you are looking for an excellent framing company we strongly recommend Right Way Framing Company, LLC from North Carolina. Juan and his crew are knowledgeable (about log homes), reliable, and conscientious builders. Juan will do it right!
During this process, we learned how to use google translator English to Spanish. Communication is very important, and the google translator helped us to understand that our log cabin kit was missing a lot of items to construct the shell. Something we did not expect…
Juan was aware and would request materials (rough cut beams, LVL beams, venting, etc) anticipating the need to complete the work. My husband was able to work with Juan and have items delivered to the site.
The crew has excellent skill for building our log cabin shell. They make special details and thanks to them our outside is close to completion.
They are efficient with little product waste. They make sure the cabin is square and add some nice exterior finishing touches. We are more than pleased! In just 5 construction weeks. Less than 35 days…. We are ready to move to the interior.
Our next step is to hire the roofer (for shingles), electrician, and plumber.
We give them 5/5 stars for their work! Nice people. We have a beautiful log cabin! -

Juan and his crew did an excellent job on our log home. The house was framed in five weeks. They worked six days a week. Juan and his crew were very knowledgeable in building log homes. They paid special attention to detail and the price was extremely fair. The build was in North Carolina, and at the time we were residing in New York State. We were in constant contact with Juan during the build. He kept us well informed of the progress. I would highly recommend them.
