Righteous was a very personable contractor. He knew his stuff, and I felt like he was working on my home as if he was worried about his own home. That would make me work harder, and I liked it. My one big complaint about Righteous was his time management. He came out to my house multiple times over a couple week period, and I don't think he was on time even one of those times. Righteous, if you are saying you will be here at 10, don't roll in at 11 or noon. If you are delayed, keep in touch with me. I know things happen. Otherwise, he knew his stuff. We haven't had any further leaking in the problem areas, and the window looks great!
