    Remodel sunroom, kitchen, bathroom
    $70,000

    NO RATING - NO STARS AT ALL - but it made me give them one
    We hired this company to renovate a sunroom, kitchen and bathroom. They installed a tile shower with sliding glass door. The shower wouldn't drain properly. After their 3rd attempt to fix these problems, the water began flowing out of the shower towards the toilet which rendered the shower unusable. They never returned to solve this problem. We eventually had to remove all of the tile and found that there was no waterproofing behind the tile.
    We have also had to replace the french doors in the sunroom since they were not installed properly, water was pouring inside every time it rained. The threshold was unlevel and was not sealed properly. This also caused the flooring to pop up.
    The LVT flooring wasn't installed properly as it was separating and popping up and holes were forming in multiple places throughout the rooms it was installed in. The transition from to room wasn't leveled out causing major issues. We have had to replace the flooring and noticed that some of the subflooring wasn't even nailed down.
    These are just several examples of the work this company left us with after we paid them with our retirement money.
