    Pool liner

    Bad install and wouldn’t honor their work. They put it on too tight and now I’m out $1K. Actually $2K since I have to do it all over again, just a year later. Daughter, Kirsten, lied and said she didn’t set up for a service guy to come in, but she did. They never showed up. Stay away. Stay far, far away.

    Never use this company. Had a pool install last year, within 48 hrs, pool liner pulled out. They tried to blame everything but themselves. Had to have someone else to replace pool. Found missing screws in upper support that's why pool liner pulled out. They would not take responsibility for it.

    They took care of my pool installation professionalism and speed. The owner even came out and looked at my yard to give me a more accurate quote and was very friendly. I have heard from many Namco customers that their filters always have problems and their liners are paper thin. So I went to pool and patio center in Coventry (another great business) and Riken is their sole installer. They took away all the boxes and cleaned up well I highly recommend them for your pool installation.

    Had my pool installed.....they were all nice till they got the money.......they broke my filter, siliconed it without telling me took off and there was so much leaking. Don't fall for there kind over the top kindness beware DANGER. It cost me three hundred dollars to repair. They told me how do I know you didn't break it. Here's my number 401 491 5989 I lost lots of money if I can save yours I would like to call me I would love to tell my horror story and save someone the hell I went through.....please believe me GO Somewhere else pllleeaaasssee

    WOW that is great for you. I have had no such luck, the installation seemed great, but soon after we have had leaks, and dips in the liner, I was told it was drainage issues which I think is BS. Also we have found pebbles not only under the bottom of the liner but also up the sides. We are now looking at options of replacing our liner using another company, which will cost us money. I believe the right thing to do considering I first complained of these issues months after pool was installed that Namco should provide a new liner and Riken should properly install it! But my last call to Riken went unanswered at the beginning of the season and I have had no luck with Namco. I personally would not recommend Namco or Riken, but I hope anyone who does use either of these companies has a much more pleasant, professional experience!!

    Riken Construction is the best, they pool my new pool liner in and was very professional about the whole job, they guys where very clean and did an outstanding Job , they cleaned up very well and I would highly recommend them for any type of work . GREAT JOB GUYS... Thanks Rick and Kelly hope to do more work with you guys in the near future..if your every in the neighborhood dropp off some business cards so we can give them to our friends and family....
