    Complete renovation
    $335,000

    1st an admission that Al is a personal friend that I’ve known for over 20 years. During that period he has worked on or assisted me with a variety of projects from home improvement to complete renovation. His work is exemplary. I read the review by Gregory P which doesn’t add up for me as Al is a highly skilled and competent tradesman who simply doesn’t do the type of work described in that review. His forte is framing—he builds houses or commercial buildings. If there is any criticism I have is he spreads himself thin taking on too many projects at once—he’s very busy and you may have to wait for months before he can get to your work—that said—he literally works 7 days a week and will complete a project with a high build quality. If you know anything about construction then you know patience is a virtue—good people are busy.

    DO NOT HIRE. Al Duncan is a con artist. Starts off all nice and works very quickly to show his true colors. I had to make contract. Made all accounts in my name so he could over order materials with no recourse. Installed complete hardi board without flashing, did not flash any of my windows. Left me unable to get a CO when he walked off. 203-627-1487 with any questions. Would love to show u how this con works.
