There are contractors and there are exceptional contractors. Rincon Builders is exceptional. I recommend this company without hesitation for the work performed. Having been a homeowner over 50 years, I have worked with may contractors – while many have delivered, none come close in overall performance. The owner, Yaniv, promised ongoing communication, no surprises and exceptional workmanship. He delivered that and more. Yaniv is a problem solver and looks for solutions to the smallest of homeowner desires. He accepts nothing less from his crew than perfection. He was sensitive to our privacy and meticulous in every detail. Yaniv gave us a spa bathroom of our dreams and upgraded our laundry room. Because his work hit every mark, we have hired him for an additional project.

I had Rincon replaced damaged plastic roof panels on my 28-year-old sunroom. He presented a well thought out plan and started work in less than 5 days. Even thou this was an oddball project, it quickly became apparent that he knew what he was talking about. After completion he quickly returned 3 times to fix water leaks and check finial results.

Good contractors are hard to find so we are pleased to have worked with Rincon Builders. We are very pleased that Yaniv, the owner, personally manages the projects himself so there is less confusion. Yaniv is calm mannered, transparent and honest with his quotes which is all we can ask for in anyone we work with. I definitely appreciated that he would answer phone calls or call back right away during the midst of the project. They were also respectful of our home and our privacy. They covered and cleaned up important paths to the site and his crew came back to fix things that needed to be taken care of.
In addition, apparently, we live in an area with strict city inspectors. Thankfully, Yaniv and Geraldo were kind, patient and calm enough to take care of the process for us with no complaints. We appreciate the time when they were here and we hope we'll be able to call them again for future projects. We've already recommended Rincon Builders to a few people and we hope all the best for his business in the future.
