Hired Chris Riniker to remodel the inside of my home about 5 years ago. He subcontracted the garage door and even though he was paid ontime, fairly and in full for the whole project he NEVER paid the subcontractor the $800 and a lien was placed on my home. Though given plenty of time to correct this matter and he agreed he had done the wrong thing he chose to cheat my family. BEWARE
The project came in 2 months after he promised it would be done due to inconsistent attention to the job; sometimes he and crew would show up sometimes they wouldn't. This cost me an additional $2000 in moving costs. He also chose not to get permits for this large project before he started and as a result we have been harrassed by the local officials ever since. BEWARE
