He has no accounting skills. He has zero project management. He built a custom home for us so if you are building one of his spec homes then our comments do not apply. He as no vision nor concept of what your custom house may look like. Totally argumentation... paint color, lighting, plumbing fixtures, flooring. He is extremely stubborn and set in his old way of doing things. We were disappointed and disgusted with him.
