Had a roof put on a while back. It is still under warranty, thank god, have had them out 4 times, working on number 5. Each time I've called its been 3 weeks or more to get this "man" to call me about my needed repairs. One time calling him he yelled at me and told me that my roof leaking for the past 3 weeks was NOT his problem. People in his office are just as bad. They can't give an answer and always tell me they will pass my call along to him. It's been almost a month I've called once a week to get him to replace a few shingles that have come off. Mind you we have had rain. If he would have done a better install and used better materials maybe he wouldn't have to come out to repair it 4, going on 5 times in 4 years.
