    The decision to select this pool builder was influenced by the salesmanship of Anthony, who comes across as the owner, but is not.

    As parents of a small child, our primary concern was completing the pool before moving in to avoid ongoing construction hazards. Despite Anthony's assurances, we faced issues immediately after moving in. Water levels dropped daily, an abnormality Anthony attributed to evaporation due to our black plaster, a detail not disclosed initially. After substantial water loss and high bills, Anthony's crew located a leak caused by improper tiling in the infinity edge.

    The repair process turned our backyard into a construction site. Workers left debris, rebar, and even dumped materials in our creek. Although Anthony reimbursed us for water bills and offered sports tickets, the continuous issues persisted. Unannounced visits, excuses for delays, and poor workmanship plagued the experience. Multiple problems arose, including faulty hot tub heating elements and poorly secured pavers around the pool. The safety fence installation was also a battle, with the company demanding exorbitant fees to reinstall it properly.

    Our frustration peaked when Anthony failed to address lifting pavers, a problem exacerbated when removing the safety fence. Despite promises and follow-ups, he ignored us for months. When pressed, he claimed the issue wasn't covered under warranty and cited a lack of available crew for repairs. We were more than happy to even pay for the repair, but he simply ghosted us. Attempts to escalate the matter to his superior were met with silence.

    He literally ghosted us after spending 130k+. We were initially told that Apex was more expensive than other pool builders because of the quality. We discovered others in our neighborhood faced similar problems, such as sinking pavers and foundation issues. We caution potential clients against falling for the salesmanship, because it is just a facade for poor quality and communication once they receive payment.
