I have had a terrible experience with this contractor. I would never recommend Riptide Renovations, LLC to anyone. Horrendous experience. 6 months after signing contract and paying down payment they finally started building my attached two car garage. I fired Riptide Renovations LLC on December 17, 2020 because the nothing was getting done. They still hadn't finished the siding. I had an exposed wall on my house that had partial siding. The siding was blowing and banging against the house during the wind storm during the week of December 17, 2020. Just one of many many occurrences. So many delays and a ton of BS. Some of the work that was done had to be ripped out because it was entirely wrong. The collar ties supporting the ceiling are all uneven. Had no idea how to put up siding. Didn't get along with some of the sub contractors because he was owed money. I had to act as a negotiator between the two to get a door cut from the garage into my home. Terrible and so unprofessional.
