    Immoral Contractor

    Domenique Montes, the owner of RiseCon, is not what he seems. The man is arrogant and has a feeling of self entitlement just because he was on HGTV. The reason why I'm writing this review in not because I have contracted his services, but because of his character. Hopefully, my story will make people think twice about contracting this man.

    My son goes to a local elementary school in the Peninsula which is right across the street from a residential housing project contracted by RiseCon. Every school day, my wife parks her car along a very narrow street and walks our 5 year son while carrying our 7 month old baby. Today, my wife ran through the same routine and unexpectedly met with Domenique himself. Out of nowhere, "Dom" got in her face shouting "this is my driveway". My wife is 5'3" weighing 100lbs while a large built 6ft+ tall man weighing over ~200 lbs is shouting profanity in front of two kids because her car is blocking a few inches past the drive way. His overall intention was to park his long bed truck in front of the driveway for himself.

    We really enjoy living in our community and the people we interact with are amazing. My wife and I pride ourselves in living in a terrific neighborhood that offers so much. It’s times like these that I feel even more fortunate that someone like Domenique Montes is NOT part of our community and is temporarily “parked” here.
