Working with Rishad was an awful, awful experience. He presented himself as friendly man who we trusted, he spent time at the house engaging with our children, shared pictures of his family etc. He would show up completely unreliably and missed every deadline discussed. After taking a final payment, since he outlined he had bought everything (stored at the office he doesnt have) and just needed cash to pay the good workers to complete the job, he took the money and ran. We were never able to contact him again and need to hire someone else to finish the job and accept a huge loss for everything we paid him. Do not fall for his lies, run away and save yourselves!

Hiiring Rishad for my home renovation was a HUGE mistake. After 4 1/2 months of lies and false promises, he basically told me he was not able to finish the job because the good workers became too expensive and they were "not in the budget." He never did a single thing he said he would do and he ignored my texts and phone calls. I had to throw him off the job and hire others to finish the work for more money. This was a nightmare - don't trust him!!!

This contractor took a lot of money from me and did not complete the job, nor did he pay his sub contractors. The work was also very shoddy. One of them put a mechanic's lien on my home.
He also hires illegal immigrants whom he does not pay. -

shame he started the job took the money and walked off the job need to get someone else to complete what he began there is a word for that type of practice
