I failed to get the name of the electrician from JR Ritchie Electric, please forgive me, that showed up to fix my light switch however the service couldn’t have been better. The electrician was prompt for the appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in no time. He was very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He provided awesome customer service. The lady in the office that booked the appointment was also pleasant and professional and called me the day of the appointment, just like she promised, to confirm that the electrician would be coming at the appointed time. Thank you JR Ritchie Electric!!
