Rite Fire Burner Service

Rite fire came to my house after my father passed away my father did heating and cooling I took his old tools home had them in my basement rite fire came to my house to do a service call for the yearly maintenance two guys came in and walked out of my house with 4 bucks of tools I didn’t notice that they robbed my fathers old tools I was heartbroken the tools were not werth much it was jut the point I had the people at my house for 8 years please don’t trust them

We would never use anyone else. Nick and his guys are always professional and timely, even in an emergency. They even took the time to walk through an easy fix over the phone instead of charging for a visit! We have complete confidence in BurnRite.

Would not recommend period. Overcharged me for a minor repair because it was convenient for him and then completely ignored me when I had another issue. Very unprofessional.

Absolute massive prick. No other way to describe the man who answered the phone when I had a simple billing question. He made sure to let me know he was "in a tight spot" (why answer your phone then?) and asked me no less than 3 times who I was and why I was calling, despite me opening the conversation with that information.

Never use this company. I cannot imagine a less professional alternative exists.

In not sure what's why others have such negative things to say- I guess its was just their experience. However, I spoke to Nick he may sound busy ( because he's just busy), but he was a nice guy! He easily diagnosed a possible problem over the phone for what I thought was a nonemergency and said " Lets get that fixed before it becomes an emergency" - he was correct!
A few hours later I had Matt at my house cleaned and tuned up my burner- filled with sludge and repaired an oil leak from the gasket in my fuel pump. I don't know much about oil burners, but the price was reasonable in my opinion. Matt was a pleasure, polite and obviously competent; showed me the problem so I could make and informed choice on the repair. Thank you Matt! Highly recommend!!!!

I had no heat last night and even though it was late I called because I have little ones at home and the guy who answered the phone, Nick was very nice, took his time over the phone to tried to figure out what the problem was, and then came out even thought it was late and fixed our problem rather quickly, and on top of that was reasonable. I highly recommend Ritefire Burner Service. Thank you!

Do not ever use Rite Fire Burning Service. As soon as you call Nick had the WORST ATTITUDE and treats people with no respect. He is extremely nasty and rude. I called him because my heat isn’t working and he said he didn’t care and was not coming. I told him I had a young child, he said there’s a million people out there with problems. He’s always had a bad attitude but this time i’m fed up. He takes your money and the problem is NEVER fixed.

I used them for years to service my burner , I called today and said I had no heat in 1 zone. He said someone can come later in the day. I said great no rush. 2 kids show up. One kid kept saying it’s bad by just standing and looking. It’s 10 years old and never is an issue. Right then I knew I was getting screwed. The other kid said he knew what it was. Starting messing with it and said it was now something different. So now hey have to go get the part. They told me the bill would be a few hundred all in. I can deal with that. He comes back inatalla the part and as he is doing it I looked up the cost. $149.00. He finishes up and says $600. I was furious but what can I do at this point. I warn all. Do NOT use them. I asked for a breakdown of costs and he couldn’t give me one. Flat fee $600 plus tax lol. You have ben warned.
