We lost hot water on Wednesday from a control box on the front of the hot water heater going bad. It was the same unit they had replaced before. They said they would come out and didnt. Then they said they would come out Monday morning and didn't. We called over 10 times and left many voicemails. Not even a call back. I would never do business with Suzanne or this plumber ever again.
