John, is building our dream cabin. We are very happy with his professionalism and quality of work. John is very reachable which is extremely important to my husband and I. We are halfway into construction and everything is looking great. John is always there to please his customer. Everyone I tell who my contractor is tells me that he is honest, reliable, and professional and I completely agree. I will continue giving updates as we continue with the build. I will certainly recommend John Ritz -- Ritz Contruction for your next dream home.

John was recommended to us to build a new approximately 900 sf addition on our cabin. He visited the site 3x and recommended a designer for the addution. We paid the designer 1,000 and was pleased with the design. John told us this past Aug. 2020 that he would be back to us by the end of the week with costs and starting date which was scheduled for early Fall 2020. John never got back to us and after several attempts to contact him , we gave up. We are stuck with a design plan which a builder told us was too complicated for our site and far too expensive. Hopes for our addition has turned into discouragement.
