Never again! Hired Ritzer Construction for my rehab project. Immediately received a demand for $6K deposit... As soon as gave a deposit Mr. Martinez disappeared and came back to project after month and half, worked for 3 days and disappeared again. Never returned emails, calls or texts. Met in person, he agreed to re-pay but never did to date. Took to small claims and won full judgement. Stay away for fraud and deceptive practices, don't pay a dime until work is done upfront.

Total Horror Show!
Wanted money up front, started demo without a permit or dumpster. Then, they left a huge pile of trash with nails and screws sticking out of it right where my Kids and the neighborhood kids play.everyday.
It only got worse from there... He constantly asked for money, Yelman lied about working on the permits, we later found out that a friend of his used another "friend's " contracting licence.number... He pulled a permit to replace kitchen cabinets only, Not the job was to take down a wall, add a bathroom and deck....so after they stopped showing up and changing his phone number, we had to hire another contractor to get the permits....so long story short, the 15k we thought we were saving, we loss plus another at least 10k... this job started in june this year, it is now the middle of october and we have another 3 weeks at least and we saved nothing. Please do not hire This company. He should not have a business of any kind. Also, he asked for checks made out in His Name so he could "save" money on the taxes... so he's broke and will promise you anything to get a check.
