I had to pay a significant amount up front, which the insurance covered, but still had a balance. The sales coordinator, Dereck, said they had to finish the vent cap, which they would come back and donso the next week. Months went by and it went undone. I received a past due notice on the balance I called and told the main office Dereck’s people never returned to finish the job and that I would not pay the balance until it was done. Next thing I heard, he said they came and finished it so I paid the bill. Now, nearly a year later, we’ve sold the house, had an inspection and discovered it WAS NEVER DONE. I called and received the same run around as before. Oh yes, we’ll send someone right over to do that. That was 4 days ago.
