We have a whole neighborhood with issues. I have a shower leak, toilet leak, bedroom window that leaks in heavy rain, a front door that leaks, a rear door you can see out of when its closed, a floor that was cut too short and then covered up in the closet, a visible pipe in the pantry that wan't finished around it. An AC unit that had to get money out of pocket work within a year, plugs that you can't put a plug into, light switches that are wired backwards, nail pops that we were told weren't going to get fixed, a visible line in my ceiling from the drywall...I'm sure there is more......Oh a mantle that got fixed 3 times while I was in the house and three times I had to tell the guy it was not centered... There is probably more. And Kevin Lee with Rivers Edge Constructions response is Sue me I have insurance. This is the same guy who told us, during our first year, that he wasn't coming (he never came himself) or sending anyone out to the house anymore. That the one year warranty only covered one fix........Insurance man just suggested a class action claim from the neighborhood and to see if the same inspector did all the houses.
