Not even one star. Mark Higgins of River Valley contractors in Doylestown has absolutely no scruples.
For months I asked him for estimates for work on my barn and never received anything in writing. He also failed to show up for appointments to meet on site. To make a long story short, I have evidence that he removed thousands of dollars worth of items that didn't belong to him. He is even selling pieces that are mine that he didn't pay for. My friend looked him up and found many (like 15) charges against him over the last 10 or so years (including receiving stolen property). Then he filed a civil suit against me for my not paying for work hours that he said he did. It gets worse, but I'll spare the details.
