DO NOT USE RIVERS RELIABLE SERVICES for any HVAC work or installation. Terrible!!!! Run away as fast as you can. Moe Rivers had total idiots install my HVAC. They cut the heating tubing too short and didn't have it draining properly so the heating NEVER worked. They also didn't install the splash pan in my AC so this leaked and caused ceiling damage. Moe said that they have a 1-year warranty on the labor. New Trane HVAC was installed in late Aug. When I tried to turn on the heat in late Sept, I got nothing. I called him and he came out and spent most of the time in his truck outside. He then told me that the heater was faulty and he would get a new one from Trane. It will be next week. Then he didn't talk to me or answer calls. I was told by his office staff two weeks later, in a week. This went on for 3 weeks. Then I was told that the heater is in and he would install the new heater on a specific date. Got the email confirming date and time, then he never showed up. His office staff told me that I should have "used my intuition" and never hired him in the first place. I called another provider, who diagnosed the issue. The system was not installed correctly. I had to buy a new tube and splash pan because Trane doesn't replace parts that incompetent technicians destroy. Really crappy service and attitude. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. I had to pay another provider $1,500 to fix what he broke--incompetent, a liar & rude.
