    First of all, it’s RIVERVIEW Construction, not Riverside. The job is about two-thirds completed and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work that all the tradesmen have done. His main carpenter/handyman, Orest, does outstanding, high quality work, always putting in extra effort to have the best results possible. My general contractor, Eli Orlov, is in contact with me weekly, often times at my home as well as by phone. He impressed me the most out of the four contractors that I had meetings with before starting this whole project. Eli asked me what I wanted done, listened intently to my thoughts, ideas, and questions, and gave me insight to pros & cons on things we discussed. Also, he was the only contractor that noticed & pointed out existing flaws that needed to be corrected. He’s upfront about expenses & his plans and is very intent on pleasing his client. I’d recommend him in an instant. I should mention that this whole exterior home “face-lift” has involved a new roof of Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles, Hardie Plank siding, Milgard vinyl windows, and a Trex poly-composite deck. The men are here each week day and it’s moving along well, not being dragged out.
