MR Rick Walsh was unprofessional, rude, made a mistake measuring my roof for materials, golden rule in contracting is measure ten times then cut, or in my case, order materials delayed my roof job took three times as long. I took a loss in this job would not recommend this contractor!!!!!!!!

Horrible company; stay away; consider burning your money rather than hiring Rick Walsh - substandard workmanship; non-existent quality control; total incompetence. He installed my new roof this year. The first rainstorm revealed several leaks; subsequent rainstorms revealed significant leaking – 80 leaks plus. Walsh was indifferent to my concern that my new roof was leaking; never bothering to revisit the job site, instead sending workers on two occasions who failed to repair the leaks, making inept, ineffective repairs.
After calling the manufacturer and hiring another roofer, I learned that Walsh incorrectly installed the roof, the underlayment and cap sheet were never properly sealed. To make matters worse, Walsh fraudulently failed to install the $2,500 roofing insulation, which subsequently rendered my existing central A/C system size insufficient to properly cool my home. To date, Walsh has refused to refund my money or propose a solution to his incompetence. Walsh needs to do everyone a favor and surrender his Florida contractor license.
