We hired Bobbi Creighton back in June 2018. It is now January 2019 and the work was never finished. We are now scrambling to get repairs done so our home is not further damage from weather. He and his team were working for the first two months until he started to become flaky. He kept giving us several excuses as to why he would not show. We dealt with the excuses for months and have waited countless hours and took time off of work to wait for him to show. Truth is he started several other jobs and left us to the wind. Our backyard and garage still looks like a demolition zone. The concrete floor in the garage needs to be completely torn up and redone among other issues. We have been forced to take legal action to recoup some of the cost to finish and repair his subpar work. Word from other contractors is stay away from this guy.

We went through Build Zoom to remodel a Room over the Garage and two half-baths. Selected a recommended contractor. He did a fair job but stretched out the project. We were told he had a crew but on many days it was just him. We messed up and paid him with final touches left. He stopped responding as did Build Zoom. He also left equipment that we have taken as our own or given away. This could have been much better. Two recommendations. 1. Ensure that your contractor has a solid workforce and can meet your timeline. 2. DO NOT make final payment until 100% of job is complete. No matter how much you come to like and think you can trust your contractor. Also Build Zoom could have done a better job screening candidates and helping us as the buyer.
