Rjd Construction Inc Employees
RD
Richard Dailey
Owner
1) Finish a job that you start. Don’t leave to one job to start another.
2)When the homeowners ask you to wear a mask when you’re in their home, don’t argue. Just wear a mask.
3) Yelling and screaming at the homeowners is not a professional way to conduct business.
4) Don’t do plumbing work and electrical work if you aren’t licensed to do so.
5) IF you are going to do the plumbing and electrical work, make sure you pay the people whose licensing you’re looking to use so the proper permits can be supplied and the work can be finished.
6) When you continue to ask for more “$$$$$”, and are asked to supply a list of expenses in order to be properly paid, supply a list.
7) When the people that hired you attempt to call and/or text, answer the phone. Don’t ignore the attempt at communication, or respond with “$$$$$”.
8) Don't just assume the homeowners are comfortable with you bringing your dogs into their home just because you want to.
9) If either you or your employees are using the homeowners restrooms(s), it is NOT acceptable to urinate all over the toilet seats and floor.
10) NEVER tell the homeowner to “Stop being such a Jew.” Especially when the person is Jewish. Such anti-semetic remarks are never acceptable.
