I hired Adin Kenes to provide me with detailed project plans. Although he took some time to get them to me, we discussed via webex and gave him our few changes. Adin said that he would turn the revised plans around in 2 weeks. And that is where the ball continues to lay - despite calls and emails - he has become completely non-responsive. I truly believe that he is blocking my calls now. Tragic - I liked him.
