Lowest bid, however he collected 75% and did not return to wire the box or fixtures just roughin. I left several voice mails and texts they were all ignored. Left some junctions boxes hanging in my crawl space said he would come to fix before inspection and no call no showed. Highly unprofessional leaving me with w a half completed job while taking 3800 of the 4900 bid, now costing me 3k more to get finished.
