Ryan was asked initially to furnish an itemized contract which he reluctantly produced AFTER the work was done. Upon review many items were incomplete, not done correctly and overcharged. He still has yet to review the job with me nearly a year later. Overcharges are on the order of 20% to 50%. Quality is poor to fair with no attention to detail. Ryan has overcharged me conservatively $7k on a $30k job. I DO NOT recommend using him.
