Well where do I start. Cheap grade mediocre at best. If you want a project built with duct tape and paper clips then he’s your man. I have seen jr. high kids with better understanding of the construction business. How he got this far is pure luck. Not know how or hard work. I bought a house he built and I wish I had never laid foot in it. The roof leaked the siding blew off the foundation leaked all because of corners cut. What a lousy excuse for a builder developer to say the least.

Agree with other reviews. I am surprised everything they build is not round from all of the corners cut. Poor workmanship. Cheap built with expensive over runs. I had to call the city codes to find out how something’s were able to pass inspection. I was told they just couldn’t catch them all. Could not catch them all!!!!????? I think it’s more like they were paid off to look the other way. They couldn’t build anything square. Deck posts every single one of the deck posts missed its foundational Pier so they cantilevered them and poured concrete little boxes to give the post something to sit on. It’s a huge liability to say the least. I hope I can sell these westchester townhome apartments without having to rebuild them.
