I am unhappy with the driveway RL Landscaping did for us. I paid for a driveway with a weed barrier, one inch of sand, six geogrids with their stakes, three inches of rock/gravel to be ten feet wide going to the property line. I showed him the survey marker of the property corner, I gave him a map of the property and I showed him how to line up with the other driveways on the avenue. I repeatedly told him I wanted him to fallow the outside curve, which was more level and lower in elevation, than the inside curve. I had an extra geogrid on the lot just in case the six were not enough, I had informed him of it's whereabouts that morning.
The geogrid was laid on the inside of the curve which reduced it to be only six feet wide. The grid did not go to the edge of property. He forgot to install the weed barrier. He forgot to put down the sand, because he forgot to have it delivered. I was not reimbursed for the sand, I was not reimbursed for the labor he charged me for installing the weed barrier, sand and the sixth geogrid.
He forgot to use the geogrid that I had on hand.
He did tell me I needed an extra truck load of rock/gravel. I did pay for that but that extra rock he laid down to hide that the grid was not ten feet wide and did not go to the property line.
Later when I complained about these issues, he did not address my complaints nor did he offered reimbursement for the goods and services I paid for but he did not provide. He repeatedly changed the subject and accused me of having an attitude toward him, of belittling him, and finally of stalking him.
