Larry johnson is cheap,lazy, and very hard to deal with.Gives a cheap price for cheap work.He has young workers that he doesnt pay so they dont work hard either.Very sad business.Im very suprised he is the main contractor for leslies pool supplies.His workers shuld be checked for licenses to handle the chemicals that they do for they culd be careless in my experience and ruin your patio with stains.Getting larry to follow up is very difficult as if he is blind to the fact he is running a business.Quick to take your money slow to contact you if u have questions.I really hope those kids who work for him get paid good,they used chemicals without proper saftey equipment. This business is rated f by the bbb...i guess they almost burned someones house down...I Highly recomend not working with this company

I wish I had read their better business bureau rating first which is a F. I have had a leak that I have been trying to get fixed for over a month. I am renting the home with pool and the management company told me to deal with the company direct. I have tried to get this leak fixed on at least 5 different occasions because 2 a week I have to refill my pool 5 inches of water which is going to be terrible on my water bill. I called the owner as I was instructed to do and he told me and I quote. "I am tired of hearing from you, I am not talking to you anymore get the owners to call me and maybe I will deal with them. Your pool should have to be filled that much everyday" and when I tried to inject a word in that the leak is way too much he said he wasnt talking to me anymore and HUNG UP ON ME! That is not the way I expect a reputable company to act. So if any of you are considering doing business with RL Pools, RUN as fast as you can and find another company where the owner respects his clients.
