On May 1, 2013 Robert Weighknecht was not available to provide plumbing service at the time of my call to him. He called his son to provide the service and proceeded to charge me a $39 "dispatcher" fee. I later called Robert on May 9th about this fee and he indicated that he would return the fee. I followed up with a call to Robert in early June to remind him of his promise and requested that he return my call. He has not returned either my follow-up call or the $39. His business practices are unethical.
