    The condo company hired them. Their methods leave a lot to be desired. For replacing a window on a condo building, they cover up all the windows at once. This means that by the time they get to yours it could be up to 3 months later. In the meantime you're in darkness and fresh air is scarce, especially when they need to cover your patio because of dust. It becomes very oppressive, with them taking over your place at times and working on the whole building. They also seem to not check things well enough. I know of some cases where they opened the windows before covering them and then forgot to close them. This means the owners couldn't close them without cutting into the cover. Also on occasion they would forget to close the patio door, and leave very sharp objects on the floor after they're done. They overall do good work though, although functionality of windows is in some cases worse than previous ones. Things really should be checked better and the timing of things should be more balanced
