    Awful, awful, awful. A rating of 1 star is too much. Most of the work done was not up to code; several things were done wrong and had to be corrected even after we had discussed them specifically. Richard is a condescending jerk and his project manager, Dan, either doesn’t know how to do his job or just doesn’t care. Thankfully we fired them before things were worse.
