Please stay clear of this company. Bob is a nice guy but has been the most unreliable contractor I have ever dealt with. He over commits and underdelivers every step of the way. He was contracted to replace my tiles in the bathroom and refinish about 1800 sqft of hardwood to start on Jan 12 and finish by jan 31 and neither are done. Very poor workmanship in the bathroom where he still has work to do and the hard wood floors even after 3 weeks still have sanding remaining. I have paid him according to the contract but he has not lived up to his side and now I’m left to hire another contractor to finish his mess. He lacks basic project planning skills and communication skills. All he has is excuses why he couldn’t work but no respect for the customer. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else and save yourself from Bob’s games

Would not recommend this person to paint a Latrine Pit. Unreliable- does Not show to work when he say he'll be there. Has No respect or consideration for the customer's time. Does Not returned calls in a timely manner. Shows up only to the job site when he wants more money. And does very little work. Does Not give a full day's work. If there was a negative star, that's the rating he would have gotten. No work Ethics!

RLM was truly an incredible experience having him painting, tiling my master bath, and removal of damaged laminate floors and installing 3/4 inch hardwood floors throughout my 3 bedroom home not only did he do an incredible job but he even eched and epoxy my 2garage at no cost just Coffee he asked for. Thank you so much Rob, will call you soon for the kitchen cabinets.
