    My experience with RLS Construction Group was nothing but aggravation and frustration. They were the lead contractors on a major renovation project at a state facility in southeast Pa. between fall of 2019 and spring of 2021 that somehow managed to get finished despite their incompetent management. When you hire low-bid contractors you get what you pay for.
