Unfortunately we had a very different experience with Rick Martin of RM Construction than the review posted above. We had a new circuit breaker installed during construction. RM Construction used NW Electric. The circuit breaker sparks when resetting a tripped switch and the reset button on the switch (220v) is jammed so it does not function. Rick refused to come (or have his electrician) take a look at the issue just 4 months after installation. He eventually ghosted and does not respond to communications.
If RM Construction does not warranty their work on such a small issue I would never want to have to deal with him over something larger.
Now I am having to go about filing a complain with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board to try to get this issue resolved.
