I called RM hvac off facebook referrals to get a quote for a mini split system in my master bedroom. After a few text messages we scheduled on Thursday July 3rd for a Monday July 7th 8am appointment. Monday came & went no call no show. Now its Wednesday July 9th I get a text at around 7pm wanting to schedule I declined & stateted no call & no show that he was a flake & unprofessional. That triggered him & was getting very nasty text messages & he called me at 7:40pm threatening my life & calling all sorts of nasty names. I also filed a police report over his behavior. This individual does not know how to treat customers or run a business. This person has deep psychological issues. What business owner will threaten a person's life with bodily harm. I have text chain to prove my allegations.
