I had a leaking toilet. RM Plumbing came out and installed a new flapper, plus one other part. After her left I noticed that I had water that would run in my toilet bowl. I called RM and they came out and looked inside the tank and said everything looked good, and when I told him the problem he just looked at me with a blank stare. I had to eventually find a different plumber that fixed the problem. He said the toilet was wasting a lot of water and also a small leak had started behind my toilet. I would not recommed RM Plumbing for any toilet repair. He charged me $75 and did not fix my toilet, he should have given me my money back. They get a zero star rating from me.
