It started when no one showed on the date and time we had set. I contacted their office and was told that everyone was out sick, but the owner would come out himself later that afternoon. The owner, Russ Miller, did show up, reviewed the interior damage and eyeballed the roof from ground level. Due to it raining that day, he requested to come out later in the week and walk the roof when it wasn't raining. I agreed and that would be fine. I never heard from him again.
I called five weeks later, just to hear the explanation, but my call went to voicemail. I left my name and number and requested a return call. I have never received a call back, a tell tale sign that a contractor knows they screwed up....I am now on their ignore list.
Do not use this contractor! I have dealt with shady subcontractors and workers before, but never been blown off by an owner in this manner before.

Poor service and workmanship plus an evident lack of knowledge of how to complete the project plus his dishonesty in handling the project. Wrong windows (30x54 instead of 30x60) installed in wrong location. Paid for half of project up front and 5 months later after numerous calls his crew showed up three hours late and worked for 20 minutes and then sat around for an hour before the owner came back and they worked for 2 hours. Repeated on second day except this time they worked 4 hours instead of 2. I have contacted my bank to initiate fraud charges and I am hiring an attorney. The dishonesty and accountability of the owner from small to large issues makes me question what I can see. He had to be reminded to install window wrap and insulation before the windows were installed. The finish work is marred and not installed properly. I cannot recommend this company to anyone for any project.
