STAY AWAY FROM RNA!!
RNA committed to repairing my A/C on or about May 1, 2021. They diagnosed the problem and said they would order the replacement part. After hearing no updates for 3 1/2 weeks, I finally contacted RNA and was told they hadn't ordered the part. WTF!?!? I was given the bogus excuse of having waited on hold for over an hour... twice. I, as the CUSTOMER, was asked to order the part. When I called to order the part, the phone was answered on the fourth ring and 7 minutes later, the part was ordered and on its way. RNA waited an hour? Twice? Sounds like a lie to me.
When the part came in on June 24, I contacted RNA to schedule completion of the job. I was asked to call back the following Monday so I did. No answer. I texted to please schedule me...nothing. On July 7, after 9 weeks of excuses, I sent a text demanding completion of the job or I would find someone else and leave negative comments.
RNA's FIRST RESPONSE WAS THAT HIS SON IS AN ATTORNEY AND HE WOULD SUE ME!
Stay far, far away from RNA. They are unreliable, prevaracating, untrustworthy, and will threaten YOU with legal action for a job that they would not complete.
I will happily send all the texts that prove this review true to anyone, including RNA's lawsuit happy son.

RNA “installed” a brand new unit in May of 2023.
I use quotations because they actually installed part of it backwards. The duel heat kit (or something to do with the heater). Another company has been assisting us for a YEAR now with all sorts of issues related to the “installation “ of our unit.
I have them here right now, November 2024, due to water pouring from my intake. They’re telling me the coil was installed too close and it’s causing the water issues.
These are just a few issues we’ve had since the install.
RNA is unprofessional and incompetent.
