Totally unprofessional. I currently have to take bids to replace, repair and complete unfinished project left from Mr. Franklin. Apparently the overages on weight in my dumpster was from mark Harrs property. Albert wouldn't show up for days but on four occasions we would see him dumping the garbage from Harr project into my dumpster. It makes sence now as to why he had me renting a dumpster two weeks before I actually needed to. I was Totally conned by Albert and had started to feel threatened if I asked any questions. Now like I said he basically took my money and ran. Sheet rock has split, the rock doesn't meet the walls, the paint is not only wrong kind but is not even close to covering the sheet rock. The sheet rock itself is in just 4 months splitting along the seams all over the ceiling. The space wasn't insulated like he was paid to do. The 50 old wiring was used instead of replaced, the ceiling fan has never worked, the ceiling vents wont open or close completely. The windows he installed aren't sealed and the attic fans he installed were supposed to be incased but were left raw. Due to the hostility shown to myself and my husband we did pay him. He has refused my calls for months and he says he's ready to go to court. Signed stressed 38,000.00 victim.

Arrived early and left late to get the job done right. Brought our idea to life with visual software to show us what it would look like. Then planned, framed, wired, plumbed, and finished the job on budget and on schedule.
