After I received 5 quotes on ADU Garage Conversion I went with best quality-price ratio from RnD Builders.
Roi and his team were great to work with. They were always on time, quick,
efficient and there were no issues although it was a big and complicated project.
Roi was awesome, always available and ready for any help, his great advices helped me a lot and saved me money also.
The project was finished on time, there were no unexpected costs and final product is excellent.
I would definitely work with RnD Builders again, actually we had a talk about future project!

We recently finished a pretty extensive remodel in our house with RnD Builders. It included a complete kitchen remodel involving the removal of two walls, the addition of french doors with sidelights, flooring,interior and exterior paint, bar area,master and guest bathroom and an outdoor deck. I don't have enough words to describe the amazing transformation RnD Builders were able to attain with our floorplan. Let me tell you, we are so incredibly grateful to LOVE our house and the changes made to it!
Throughout this entire process, Roy with whole all team made it fun and as stress-free as could be. The crews coming in and out of our house were always very kind, respectful and hard working. The desinger accompanied us on all our shopping trips to give advice on the different parts of decision making. She helped my husband and I merge our visions and turned it into something we both absolutely love! Their super fun personalities made it so we actually enjoyed the remodel. In fact, when I would tell people about our project, inevitably I would hear about their terrible experiences. I always thought, ""That's because they didn't get to work with RnD Builders,"". We had so much fun and we felt they treated us like family during the whole time !
We will definitely be calling RnD Builders for future projects!

I called RnD Builders actually based off excellent reviews. They put me in touch with Roy and 7 months later, I had a new house! Roy and his team were great - I actually had no problems (which for those of you who have done major or even minor renovations can attest that never happens). I literally gutted the house - turned three rooms into an open floor plan, added two bathrooms, upgraded my entire master suite, new kitchen - literally the works. I really could not be happier with my experience at RnD Builders and with Roy!

Roy and his team went out of their way to accommodate me and to make the home remodeling project something for which I can be most proud. He is consistently available and responsive for questions or concerns. I really appreciated his advise on several key details. Going beyond what was expected, he added fine finishes that make the project special and one of a kind. Roy and RnD Builders will be the first folks I call for any future remodeling plans I might have. I can't recommend them highly enough.
