RO Inc is located in Burr Ridge, Illinois. We are currently proud to be providing our propery preservation, home repair, general contracting, and home improvement services to commercial and residential clients in the entire Midwest region.
Some properties are left as if the previous tenants vanished, which means there is a large quantity of personal property left behind and it has to be inventoried and stored. This requires our professionals to properly retain documentation, including photographs. Initial services will require the removal of exterior and interior debris and a full property assessment of what needs to be done.

BEWARE!!!! Shaddy Contractor - gave us a quote for NEW Construction without even getting confirmation on Subtrade pricing before submitting the Contract - Once Project was to start all subtrade pricing was under estimated and they walked out on SIGNED Contracts x 2 - BREACH OF CONTRACT!!! - will be taking them to COURT

Working with RO Inc was a pleasure. I have been looking for a company to help me with removing and replacing my current floor and updating my fireplace. I must say that for a first time I felt like I was dealing with professionals. After scheduling an appointment for an estimate, a very knowledgeable employee came by and did a walk through of the apartment first. After taking a look I was asked exactly what I was looking for and if i had a budget. I was given options with purchasing my own material or RO Inc doing it for me. What I really liked was that I received three different estimates based on tree different options and prices!!! Estimates were so detailed that I couldn't believe that someone would take time to prepare line by line step by step breakdown. I was able to have control over the project to the last nail. They have extreme knowledge in interior design and their workmanship is very detailed. The fireplace looks incredible and my floors are flawless. They even gave me ideas for future projects. In the Spring I am upgrading my kitchen and RO Inc will be my to go Company. Thank you for the professionalism, exceptional customer service and pristine work. A+

I had my bathrooms remodeled by Roinc. First of all I would like to say customer service was great! Employees are really friendly and their contractors cater to your needs. They scheduled a date and time to meet and go over exactly what you are looking for. They sent me an estimated quote that broke down each line item and cost. They went over tile options, vanity styles and wall colors. I would definitely recommend for any home renovations.

I hired RO Inc. To build a two story addition on to my existing home. The addition was approximately 550 SF in which was to create an additional bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet on the 2nd floor, and a new open kitchen and living room on the first floor and also a half bathroom on the first floor. They were very professional from the beginning of the project in the sense that they were able to cater to my wants while also taking into consideration my budget. The itemized estimate that they give you in the beginning of the project was very helpful in knowing what your money is going in to exactly. It gives you sense of security as a client because I like to know how my money is being spent instead of just handing it out.
They were also very timely and responsible in the completion time of the project. They were very responsive in what the current state of the addition was and how much they did and how much they had left to complete. They were very transparent with everything as well.
Overall I would definitely use them for work in the future again. Best contractors I have worked with to date.

THEY ARE NIGHTMARE!! R.O has take my gut rehab job for a single family house and I signed the contract with them. They appear nice and understanding and start quickly. They required me to deposit large potion of money for them to start work, to purchase materials, which I did. It take them 1 year till now and have not even finish framing the unit. now they completely abandon my worksite and refused to refund my deposit. I am beyond angry and I am taking them to court.
